Item La obligatoriedad del reporte de sustancias catalogadas como sujetas a fiscalización y su incidencia en el manejo licitoen reactivos por los estudiantes de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Derecho, 2017-06) Machuca Zea, Juan Mateo; Pazmiño Vargas, Klever AlonsoThe research project on "The Mandatory Reporting of Substances Indexed as Subject to Inspection and its Impact on Lawful Management of Reactants by Students of the Technical University of Ambato," this is done thinking about the need for the report of the use of reagents, by the university, to the Technical Secretariat for Drugs, with the purpose of carrying out a transparent process that helps avoid legal problems for institution and students. The present research project has as background several projects of the same nature carried out in Costa Rica at the National University, is also used as antecedent for a project carried out at the University of Cuenca, in relation to the obligation to report on, Use of substances subject to control of licit fines, in a national and international context. This project studies in a legal way the mandatory reporting of substances and the lawful management of the same in reagents, within the Faculty of Food Engineering where this type of reagents is used continuously, and has laboratories that performed in the Past periodic reports of these substances. The present project is a Field research about the use and reporting of substances classified as subject to inspection whose objective is to study the mandatory reporting of substances classified as subject to inspection and their incidence in the licit handling of reagents by the Students of the Technical University of Ambato as well as legally analyzing the obligatoriness of the report of substances cataloged as subject to control also has as objective to determine the licit handling in reagents by the students of the Technical University of Ambato and finally has the purpose of performing The proposal of an internal system of reporting of the use of substances classified as subject to inspection for the Technical University of Ambato and an amendment to the Regulation to the Law Comprehensive Prevention Socioeconomic Phenomenon Drugs.
