    Nowadays, our country has shown for some decades a context of harmonization, recognition, and acceptance of legal duality which means coping with a diverse society, in which Ordinary Justice is respected, as well as Indigenous Justice registered and embodied in the constitutional system. that for several years had limited itself to protecting only a part of the population. Therefore, this investigation is aimed to understand whether or not the interpretation made by the Constitutional Court contributes to the development of Ecuadorian legal pluralism which guarantees the jurisdictional and legislative autonomy of indigenous groups. The methodology used was exploratory, descriptive, and explanatory in order to explain the problem and the approach of a conventional perspective for the two fields of application. Finally, the research aims to show that an intercultural interpretation is really important by giving emphasis on indigenous traditions and customs. It was possible to obtain the conclusions based on the objectives established.
