    The Constitution is the supreme norm and that the norms must maintain conformity and harmony with it, according to what is established in Art. 424, in order to prosecute the problematic axis, it is necessary to cite its pertinent Art. 54, second paragraph Ibid; "People will be responsible for the bad practice in the exercise of their profession, art or trade, especially one that puts the integrity or the lives of people at risk." So, it is the Constitutional mandate, the responsibility of lawyers in free exercise on professional practice, so that negligence, fraud or omission can not be left, the latter being ignorance of the legal norm, in other words the ignorance of the civil judicial procedures and the means of challenge, this act derives in the violation of the following principles. •Legal security • Procedural speed • Principles and rules of due process to avoid falling into defenselessness.
