Item Propuesta de distribución de instalaciones con enfoque resiliente en la empresa CM Original(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Electrónica e Industrial. Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en Procesos de Automatización, 2022-03) Llerena Yedra, Estefanía Alexandra; Tigre Ortega, Franklin GeovannyThe current research project presents a proposal for the distribution of facilities for the CM Original company, considering resilient aspects focused on the global pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus. Through software programmed by the research group "ResilTEX" a management system for installation distribution problems is developed where there are parameters that are considered to define the proposal, such as distances traveled, cost of moving raw material from one place to another, the application of the SLP methodology and resilient indicators. Project development consists of different stages, in this way it begins with an analysis of the current situation of the production process of slippers. Subsequently, diagnosis of facilities is carried out, a process flow diagram, synoptic and analytical flowcharts and a route diagram are represented for the subsequent development of study time and the calculation of the production capacity. It is definitely the resilient aspects that are considered for facilities distribution elaboration applying the SLP method, where the proximity between work areas is evaluated; In this way, the "ResilTEX" software is used, which allows entering facility distribution alternatives, where it presents an ideal travel route because it provides interaction and analysis between work areas, therefore the best proposal is alternative 2 with a cost of $97.54 with respect to material handling. Finally, the proposed distributions are analyzed through the load-distance method.
