    The present investigation deals with occupational safety hygiene and the performance work of the Area administrative of the industry group family Sancela, which is located in the parish Lasso Canton Latacunga in the province of Cotopaxi, is an industry devoted to the production and marketing of products for the collective of people service, family group focuses its attention on the human resource since it is thanks to them the company grows day after day why is important to know the basic preventive measures to take care of our health both physical as psychology, meet standards of safety and occupational health for the benefit of all the collaborators of the industry and create a pleasant working environment since this generates a positive factor for the production, is important to analyze the hygiene and industrial safety and the factors that are part of it originated as a response to unsafe conditions that are the collaborators which increased regulations to protect and regulate the working environment in which is unfolded were threatened.
