Item La sociedad por acciones simplificada y su impacto en el emprendimiento ecuatoriano(Universidad Técnica de Ambato,Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Derecho, 2022-05) Ledesma Lescano, Katiuska; Espín Meléndez, María CristinaOne of the main function of the Ecuadorian government and the corporate law is to promulgate regulations to provide the entrepreneur facilities and directions in order to found business adjusted to the social and economic character. The implementation in Ecuador of the figure of simplified joint-stock company, generates various benefits to natural and legal entrepreneurs persons , within themain characteristics of the SAS, the ones that stand out most correspond to the facilities of its constitution, the low budget to start it, generating higher profits since the partners have greater financial freedom and autonomy to the management of the company, however, due to the current economic crisis, this research aims to investigate whether the simplified joint-stock company has had the expected impact on Ecuadorian entrepreneurs and on the country's economy. The research was carried out through a bibliographic and field research, with a qualitative and quantitative approach through surveys applied to 388 citizens. In addition, there were interviews conducted with professionals in the field, giving as a result the lack of information of the Ecuadorian citizen has towards the company laws, therefore, how to create a company by simplified joint-stock company. Although, the majority of citizens own an enterprise or micro-enterprises, a small percentage have the facilities that involves formalizing through a SAS, additionally the Ecuadorian entrepreneur faces various obstacles to obtain all the requirements requested by financial institutions in order to grant bank credits that allow promoting the entrepreneurs and the economic development in the country.
