    Nowadays the administrative planning are the most important in the company and this are the responsibility of management. Through the efficient budget planning will achieve getting the objectives planned by the organization. This research work proposes the theme "Budget planning and profitability the Electrosis Company". Which, it has been due actuality current financial situation of the company, has as one of the main factors the budgetary planning is not adequate, this causing to an empirical control of resources, make wrong decisions and the company have not a planning short and long of profit. All these factors have even established the main problem of this research, which is to get a low and insufficient profitability, which does not the company to expand and get a financial strength in the market to support its operation. The fundamental purpose of this research is to assess if, budget planning affects the profitability of the Company "Electrosis" of Ambato city, for established actions to increase profitability in the company. Through the implementation of strategies and the economic politics, aimed to will be the budget planning according to the needs of the company, which allows the business strengthening, maintaining efficient management of resources and reach to achieve a desired profitability.
