    In the present days the Social Accounting has a lot of importance because it takes as an important part of the organization because it has as a principal part of the economy the wellness of the Human Resource, the Social Responsibility and take of care of the Environment, but unfortunately the knowledge about these themes is limited for these reason we propose the theme “The Social Accounting and the income indicators of the footwear sector of Tungurahua”, the sector was choose because the activities they make need to know about these accounting. The planning in the organizations if fundamental because of the uncertainty that predominates in the market where is important to plan both the activities like the distribution of the incomes’ organization. These actions allow developing a plan that can permit to get earnings to the short and long time to the organization, so that they can get a business strengthening. Taking the previous aspects the general objective of the present investigation is study the impact of the Social Accounting and its influence in the income indicators of the footwear sector of Tungurahua, with the objective to measure their social contribution and the benefit that would be obtained by the companies in the application of the indicators through a social balance sheet.
