    Programa de rehabilitación pulmonar en pacientes en aislamiento hospitalario con covid-19

    Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by the SARS CoV-2 virus is characterized by causing lung damage and multisystem failures. Several of the infected people required in-hospital care and pulmonary rehabilitation, which was of great importance in the acute stage to prevent future deterioration and dysfunctions in the patient, the primary objectives of the rehabilitation program are: to improve dyspnea, fatigue, severe muscle weakness, in order to restore functional independence. For this, it was necessary to search by means of a review of scientific information. Based on these investigations, a pulmonary rehabilitation program was designed in patients in hospital isolation with covid -19, which was reviewed and validated by 5 experts on the subject. carried out a satisfaction questionnaire to 12 health professionals from the physiotherapy area of the Ambato General Teaching Hospital. The validation of the program was carried out through the judgment of experts and the content validation calculation of 15 items, a CVCi greater than 0.90 was obtained in 14 items; excellent agreement between experts, in a single item CVCi 0.88; good concordance between experts, at a general CVCt level was 0.95, indicating an excellent level of concordance between experts and allowed the socialization of the program. Regarding the level of satisfaction of the 12 professionals, it scores between 4 and 5 corresponding to partially and totally satisfied. In this way, it can be indicated that the program can be used in daily practice.
