The Mayorista Market is located in the canton of Santiago de Píllaro, province of Tungurahua between the streets of Los Duraznos and Frutales, entering the canton, its surroundings can be seen housing and large areas of green areas. It is essential to do this investigation about the comfort and distribution of the spaces in the wholesale market of the canton of Píllaro, because it is intended to analyze and clearly describe the needs of sellers and users in order to propose an interior design that allow to meet their needs and improve the quality of life The usefulness about this issue is to identify the employment context of use in accordance with this establish the life requirements of the merchants within the markets, with this and by implementing the biophilic interior design can improve aspects that will strengthen the connection between the human being and the environment that surrounds it. Through design, which encompasses a variety of parameters, it is feasible to generate solutions that improve the comfort conditions of the sellers and users of the Wholesale Market. The main beneficiary is the merchant since by performing a user analysis it was possible to determine the needs, requirements and daily activities for the distribution of the commercial modules according to the type of user
