Although it is true that medical treatment with drugs has a significant efficacy in controlling pathologies caused by bacteria and viruses, the use of them represents in some cases adverse reactions related to prolonged dosages or high doses of drugs, adverse reactions of allergic origin , and unforeseen idiosyncratic adverse reactions due to the use of some type of drug that have repercussions in the medium or long term on the very health of the patients, making it necessary to search for medication alternatives that reduce the percentage of use of drugs in the therapies of the patients. patients, and thus reduce their negative effects. The following document presents a research project for the design and development of a prototype generator of electromagnetic waves that help eliminate viruses and bacteria that affect humans, thus reducing the consumption of drugs used in medical treatments. For this, the arduino nano was used as the main controller that, with the interaction of an LED screen and additional electronic elements, will help navigate and display data to define the mode of use and the frequency of the waves that will be used in the elimination of germs The tests carried out with the prototype verify its functionality at different frequencies with a square wave signal and its application in a certain time interval reflects the effectiveness and efficiency in the elimination of bacteria and viruses in the application area.
