    In this research the issue of credit risk management and its influence on the liquidity of the credit union is Runapak Rikchari development. Risk management is a structured approach to managing uncertainty related to a threat approach, through a sequence of activities, using managerial resources. The qualitative approach was used because the problem itself is investigated theoretically and wide factors involved with financial risk and liquidity variables, we proceeded to collect information to feel and have direct contact with the internal customer. In addition, quantitative research as applied to the analysis and interpretation of results is used. On the basis of the research we can conclude that the credit union Runapak Rikchari the organizational structure of the institution is not very adequate, and that the work that takes place in it is not efficient tan. Why the cooperative can not perform activities well. In addition there is no adequate control of internal processes and not always collection processes and activities carried out are coordinated, there is also inadequate resource optimization.
