    In this research work, it is intended to expand knowledge about family ties, as a social entity of the series of activities that are carried out by each of its members who in turn play an important role to achieve common objectives that allow their presence participatory within a society that judges the culture, behavior and more characteristics of human beings. It is considered of vital importance to the family, therefore, it is proposed to socialize business policies that are not only embodied in the internal regulations of the organization, but are shared and fulfilled by human talent, so that they get involved, the different aspects that relate to the family with work, although they are completely different environments are disrupted among themselves, according to the behavior of the worker, evidencing low work performance indexes and noncompliance with the goals imposed for the position occupied within the company.
