    Corporate social responsibility is defined as the active and voluntary contribution to social, economic and environmental improvement by companies. The objective of the present project is to analyze the degree of relationship of the Social Responsibility in the Business Growth of the sector of Tanneries of the province of Tungurahua; the methodology used was the Critical Propositive paradigm, qualitative - quantitative, oriented towards the problem and investigates in depth. The instrument used was the survey of related companies, by means of a questionnaire that allows field research, and also describes the business, social, legal and political factors that are considered responsible; Finally, it will be complemented with elements of voluntariness, identity-sustainability and with the relationship between stakeholders as an essential key to achieve business growth in the sector as well as at the national level. So it is considered that the low CSR would cause poor product quality and damage to natural resources therefore its application is necessary.
