    In the present research project, a study was carried out on the behavioral finances kept by the informal sellers are in the set of squares and most recognized markets of Ambato. By the way, to identify which reasons that limit each of the sellers to make a long-term investment decision in each of their business. Likewise to know how affect the dislike to invest. This research counts on qualitative information from information gathering through polls. These polls are born from a questionnaire which contains questions to let us to know which reasons that prevent the sellers to make investments or new Entrepreneurships. This is how it became known that the two variables are directly correlated, namely that the investments decisions come up the dislike to the risk when you are going to make a financial decision. Low liquidity is a factor that crops up dislike the investments to long-term in squares and markets due many of the merchants do not have s suitable capital to use it on new investment projects.
