    “Anemia hemolítica autoinmune más crisis hemolítica con extirpación de bazo relacionado con los cuidados de enfermería”

    The present case analysis is about autoimmune hemolytic anemia Introduction It is one of the global health problems that are caused by immune mechanisms. In this paper the case of a female patient of 23 years old was presented, presenting her pathology from the age of 10 without any cause, which was progressing and as a result the splenectomy. This disease is manifested by general weakness, fatigue and decreased hemoglobin. Objective To analyze the critical points of the patient's illness with autoimmune hemolytic anemia plus haemolytic crisis with removal of the spleen related to nursing care through a bibliographical review and clinical history. Methodology was used descriptive, bibliographical and field since it allowed to establish contact with the patient was identified critical points and risk factors. Results according to the needs of the patient there is respiratory alteration, asthenia, constipation, loss of appetite and difficulty to fall asleep. Conclusion The purpose is the realization of a guide of nursing care directed to the patient with autoimmune hemolytic anemia that contribute to improve the quality of life of the patient in self care
