    “Perforación intestinal neonatal, orientado a los cuidados de enfermería”

    The present analysis deals with an intestinal perforation that is a rare health problem at the hospital level, constituting an important cause of morbi and mortality in the world population. In it is detailed information of a neonate, born in a Basic Hospital of 3 days of life, with no family history of importance, with the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction accompanied by nausea at birth presenting: globular distended abdomen, hydroaereous noises; For which he is referred to this health home, is admitted by emergency to perform specific and laboratory tests, the same ones that are assessed by the physician, giving as a diagnosis (Intestinal Perforation), surgery was performed resection of ileocecal area more Terminal ileostomy, is currently referred to a third level in UCI (intensive care unit) to be treated this type of pathologies. For the development of this work we used a descriptive methodology obtained in the Clinical History that rests in the health unit, based on biological risk factors, environmental, lifestyle and laboratory tests, likewise a verbal interview where we could Inquiring the details of the disease, the specific cause of the pathology was not sought but it is attributed to many causes that lead to this, and will be supported by bibliographical sources, books, documents, scientific articles. It was identified that the patient, after being surgically operated because of an intestinal perforation, presented sequels that modified his lifestyle which contributed to the development of an intra hospital guide for all the nursing staff for the area of neonatology since independently this Type of patients require specific care that will contribute to patient recovery.
