The main objective of the research work is to implement a collision area in the company Teojama Comercial S.A. Ambato branch, through a feasibility analysis for which a market, technical, economic, financial, administrative and environmental aspects study was carried out, in addition to a canvas model that details the benefits of implementing the area, offering the service of straightening and painting for multibrand vehicles, complying with quality standards and shorter delivery time. The economic and financial study allowed the analysis of profitability indicators such as NPV with a value of $22,632.30, which is greater than zero and therefore is determined to be profitable, the IRR with 19% and an investment recovery period of 2.77 years, an approximate of 2 years and 9 months, thus having the viability of this project, seeking to generate employment and higher profits for the company. Finally, a canvas model was created to summarize relevant aspects for the implementation of the collision area, such as customer segmentation, customer relationships, channels, revenue sources, value proposition, key activities, key resources, key partners and cost structure.
