    Financial Risk is based on the probability of an unexpected event occurring which has negative consequences for financial activities, and the results obtained are not those expected by the organizations. It is necessary to carry out an identification and analysis of each of the risks to which the companies face the fulfillment of the commercial activity to turn that threat into an opportunity that benefits the commercial and economic strengthening. The present research project refers to Financial Risk since for the continuous improvement and the fulfillment of the objectives of the organizations it has as interest the realization of the study and investigation of the possible threats to which are latent each of the organizations . The problem observed in the wholesale stores of shoe products in the city of Ambato is the inadequate financial management which makes it difficult for business and commercial growth each store, being one of the most important sectors of the province contributes to social development and economic benefits. The exploratory, descriptive and field methodology was applied, which was emphasized in the study variables with a population of 120 wholesalers of shoe products in the city of Ambato. It was determined that warehouses do not accurately identify the financial risk faced by organizations on a daily basis and does not allow for adequate business growth to meet business objectives.
