    The evolution of technology has brought with it variations in the handling of information, therefore, the traditional media have been forced to move to other platforms for the dissemination of information and to remain relevant to society. The approach addressed in the research is directed to how an audiovisual production is carried out and applied, which is fully digital and made in a digital era in which its audience is much wider and can reach a larger diffusion to society. This research began in July 2023, "Perception of users on the audiovisual production in the Facebook account of the radio TV of the Casa de la Cultura Núcleo de Tungurahua". Through the hypothesis, a survey using a Likert scale for the followers of the Facebook page of the account of La radio Tv de la Casa De la Cultura Núcleo de Tungurahua was carried out in order to analyze and investigate the perception of the users through a quantitative method
