    Parental authority is an inalienable right of parents, as long as the integrity of the child or adolescent is not affected, the parents must ensure the integral development of their children, taking care of their well-being and quality of life, not only in the economic aspect although it is a very important factor so that the children can have a quality of life in its totality, must take into account that the emotional part, affective is a prime factor for the development of the children making them feel loved and protected by their parents, which will give them security to be able to function in life. Divorce in Ecuador has increased in a transcendental way due to different factors that lead to a family breakdown, are directly affecting the children of several families in our country, since conflicts between parents involve their children, and they are like an instrument of contention, influencing them in order to obtain the affection and care of their children and thus achieve the rupture of the affective bond with one of the parents and thus get to stay with his son, without thinking that there are different affectations in them, since to a future will be noticed the consequences in the children of the whole process of dispute of the progenitors.
