It is for this reason that the present research work theoretically and methodologically bases the Human Talent Management System and its different subsystems in the poultry sector of the province of Tungurahua, in order to provide a competitive strategy taking maximum advantage of the skills of the personnel to prevail in the market. The data from the research applied to the managers of the poultry companies of the sector indicate and analyze that it is important to correct the processes managed in terms of human talent, making it essential to implement an adequate system that allows and guarantees a management by competences efficient and effective human talent in our province, and which in turn is recognized by the regulatory bodies of control based on the development provided. This proposal resulting from the research was directed to the design of human talent management system that can be included and implemented in any company in the poultry sector of the province of Tungurahua, for which it was designed and elaborated flow diagrams for each sub system And within them the specifications of use and process. In addition, a model of evaluation to the personnel according to the sector to be dealt with and evaluation sheets destined to the verification of the fulfillment of each process was carried out.
