ABSTRACT In this research, we proceed to the development of a Web Application using the linear programming model for the optimization of nutritional diets making use of the YII FRAMEWORK technology that comes from the hand of PHP and for the storage of MYSQLSERVER data, which are part of multiplatform technologies, using the SCRUM methodology. The objective for the development of the present investigation and its respective rules, processes and functionality is to reduce the time that is used in the formulation of optimal nutritional diets, through the computerization of the simplex method of the big M; thus optimizing the time you have in obtaining the results and portions that must be consumed at the minimum cost. For this reason, this web application will allow users to access an optimal nutritional diet, by calculating the minimum values using the method of the large M applying linear programming.
