    The present research is based on a human talent management plan, and the productivity of the Union Libre agribusiness. It is mainly targeted at stablishing an efficient administrative process that works and increases agribusiness productivity. It is evident that in today’s globalized world large industries have substantially increased their productive capacity through a better administrative management, using stablished engineering methods, which will certainly improve the profit index. Therefore, based on this knowledge and the total data compilation that Union Libre agribusiness manages in Pastaza, it was possible to analyze every single process step in detail determining the most efficient plans and methods that bring a solution for agribusiness, which will strengthen the society and provide new opportunities for future generations.
