    The changing world in which we live has shown that social differences have generated large inequalities in different ways, among them are economic, so many poor families are trying to find new financing alternatives to support their life projects. Certainly today, women seek new funding alternatives to support their life projects and generate their own income in their families, so the need arises to acquire this loan is short, medium or long term regardless of origin of money. Given this context, this paper entitled "THE METHODOLOGY OF COMMUNITY BANKS AS A TOOL TO COVER THE LIMITED ACCESS TO FINANCIAL SERVICES ORGANIZATIONS BY WOMEN FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE PARISH SANTA CECILIA" the issue arises poorly studied in industry as a credit tool for women that form, in order to increase the economic and social development and productivity of the Area The Community Bank of the State initiative in the creation of the Law of Popular and Solidarity Economy's meant to be a new alternative Event financed to support the most vulnerable sector of the economy where human capital is a significant factor in conjunction with the values.
