The Technical University of Ambato, a third and fourth level educational institution with years of experience and high prestige, forms competent professionals with national and international projection, and is currently in the stage of reform where the Faculty of Administrative Sciences within the process of improvement and Updating in the postgraduate programs, is adjusting to the exigencies of the environment and regime of higher education to offer to the interested masters in administrative areas. For this reason he has done a study that supports the social need and demand for the creation of new graduate programs and in turn the improvement of others where it is evident the need of the same and interest to follow a master's degree, generating enough information that added Complementary requirements will ensure the successful management and approval of the study and program. The data provided by the survey indicate that professionals are interested in pursuing a master's degree, as long as the offer is adjusted to their need and interest, where they always seek solutions to the demand to continue to deepen the area of study by means of postgraduate . The proposal resulting from this research project will be to propose in the short term the optimal master program miso that is linked to personal and work development, where having higher competencies is a step to improve the quality of life.
