    This research company Ozalid is about quality control and its impact on the production process of metal plates. He was raised as a general objective Analyze the impact of system quality control in the production process plate to optimize the manufacture thereof in the company Ozalid city of Ambato. To achieve this the causes of inefficient implementation of plate production process described, alternative solutions for the improvement thereof is analyzed, and a plan was developed to optimize execution. The technique of the survey to the entire population, because the area has recorded 10 people only used for data collection. The data were tabulated and represented in bar charts with the help of Excel program and the conclusions are the following: the company has minimal quality control for the production of metal plates, hampering improvements that could be made, this prevents the customer is completely satisfied with the products offered by the company. In addition, the production process has distinct stages and each activity has a person or more persons responsible for running according to the training they have. Each worker is responsible for the mistakes you make to the manager; however, this is not enough for the product is according to customer specifications. And because the company does not have techniques for quality control, it is not possible to make a significant improvement in the production process, despite the effort that workers and owner made to try to minimize errors in production.
