(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Civil, 2020) Domínguez Valdiviezo, Andrés Remigio; Hidalgo Velasteguí, Andrés Sebastián
The present experimental work has the purpose of carrying out the project management: “Parking Building and University House of the Technical University of Ambato”, to present a project management proposal implementing the PMBOK - PMI 6.0 guide in three areas of knowledge. The job is to obtain the documentation of the contracting process and project offer to compile the essential information based on the requirements of the guide. Subsequently, the PMBOK - PMI 6.0 guide was implemented in the project management, generating management models in the areas of schedule, resources and risks. When applying the management of the schedule, a baseline was obtained that allows the builder to have control of the progress of the project. The result of applying resource management was to have a plan that allows grouping, allocating and improving all the physical and human resources of the project. While applying risk management, a response plan was obtained for all risks that were analyzed based on the guide's tools. From each of the areas of knowledge, management model proposals defined in flowcharts were made, deliverables were generated and the benefit of using the guide was identified in order to verify the hypothesis proposed.
