    An analysis between the relationships of the organizational climate on job performance of staff in the service area balcony Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Municipality of Ambato is presented. In assessing the importance of organizational climate can understand the internal fundamental dynamics of organizations. The appreciation of climate is crucial for job satisfaction, performance and productivity. A positive atmosphere conducive to increased motivation and therefore better performance by the officials, the same as if appropriate cause an increase in commitment and loyalty to the institution.
