(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas. Maestría en Gestión Empresarial basado en Métodos Cuantitativos, 2018) Cuyo Chiluisa, Jessica Maribel; Burgos Arcos, Carlos Leonel
The stock management process carried out in companies along each link and supply chain should be appropriate to get an effective provisioning still further when it refers to the food producing companies. On-time delivery and product required amount by the customers reflects the good factory organization and enough product stock. Thus, when the raw material, supplies and finished goods are under control, it helps the factory to minimize the cost of stock breaks. That is why the main reason of this research is the management model development based on Montecarlo simulation method to improve the “Madrilena” sausage company monetary performance. The study is based on modeling a simulation system which contrasts with the product required amount and total cost by which it analyzes the methods that the company uses for the stock management and through the BCG Matrix analysis; it is known the special pork sausage which is the best product. In addition, It is used as a sample to analyze historic data getting the company monetary performance. Once the distributions using the Montecarlo method are known some simulations are carried out to conclude that: a stock management model to improve the monetary performance, by reducing the cost through the appropriate stock management the company will achieve the best return.
