    La comunicación entre productores, proveedores y clientes y su incidencia en la calidad de las relaciones de las empresas pertenecientes a la Asociación Interprofesional de Zapateros y Afines de Tungurahua Luz del Obrero

    The present research project analyzes the impact of communication on the quality of the relations of the companies that form part of the Interprofessional Association of Shoemakers and Related People of Tungurahua Luz Del Obrero, with their respective customers and suppliers. Identifying with this, the level of these companies with their dealings with their stakeholders and how they can improve to obtain benefits in the short and long term. Firstly, a review of the basis of relational coordination and the model proposed by Gittell was made, which states that companies that manage efficient communication, within parameters such as punctuality, timeliness and precision, based on respect And joint support for the achievement of common objectives, are able to improve both their financial results and the establishment of strong ties in the relationships they manage with their clients and suppliers, as well as the rest of their stakeholders. For the verification of the model was counted with the help of the statistical program SPSS 24. To reach the results we worked with a sample of 52 members, who belong to the Interprofessional Association of Shoemakers and Tuners of Tungurahua Luz del Obrero, who lent their support through an agreement signed previously between the University and the Association. With the information provided, it was possible to meet the research objectives and set a precedent for the development of new projects aimed at the application of the model analyzed in the present work.
