    Dimor the company since its inception in 1999, it has been dedicated to the assessment and management of chemicals in the line of water treatment in the Province of Tungurahua, technical assistance and customer service, being forced to improve job performance of its employees. As the company has grown Dimor city of Ambato job responsibilities are larger, organizational structure needs to be well defined so that there is progress in the activities of the company. It is for this reason that this research has focused on the design of the organizational structure, functions and processes manual, Dimor company with the aim of providing knowledge of the functions to employees. From a structural point of view and serving as a guide to their employees to know the operation of the company to which they belong; so that the activities of the office include assigning the total duties the employee has control of mandated activities and perform efficiently and effectively. So the proposal resulting from the research I turn my me to design an organizational handbook as it is vital and indispensable in all companies to comply with the activities and the proper allocation of functions and thus achieve the objectives and targets set by the company.
