    Speedy Internet, Is an entity to meet the technological needs of Ecuadorian society with a dynamic interplay of actors, forming professional leaders with critical thinking and social awareness that contributes to technical development. It is useful to do this project because it takes into account several essential aspects at individual company level as well as nationally, in turn having the advantage of access to information sources by customers and company staff also providing the time and resources required for the implementation of research, fulfilling the main goal is to provide quality service and therefore increase sales of the company Speedy Internet, Of the city of Ambato. The company has not taken into account the loss of customers, causing a drop in sales, so now a large number of customers has been using the service for three to six months being inconsistent, because the service does not meet your expectations, preferring to competition. So the proposal is designed to implement interactive marketing techniques to improve the quality of service through an analysis of the company, raising strategies and projecting sales of the Company Speedy Internet.
