Carrera de Marketing y Gestión de Negocios., 2017-07) Castañeda Arroyo, Diego Sebastián; Castro Analuiza, Juan CarlosIf we talk about forms of communication we need to talk of Social Media, because they are new online platforms that allow the exchange of information created by and for users, which generated a direct interaction, This mean they are established in a way much more intimate with our final recipient, being thus one of the media most chosen commonly by Internet users today. This research work was carried out under scientific, achievable, and relevant parameters the same people who gave us information needed to achieve our goals as the create a Marketing Digital communication strategy using the platform of Mobile Social Media, which identified the most significant social media, creating all the digital resources to be implemented and a period to obtain measurable data. Data from this research yielded us results of different Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook pages, being this last most used by users, which became the most important channel of communication with greater viral where were have one range greater than one hundred thousand people The resulting proposal for this research informed me that it is essential that this type of direct communication via Social Media is used throughout with the user having a mobile or technological device so that it is used and updated constantly.
