The present project of entrepreneurship, concentrates in the creation of a called company Royal Autolavado to Vapor, with the purpose of positioning in the city of Ambato. The company will be dedicated to offering the car wash service with an innovative system that contributes to the environment, this system works with water vapor, which saves up to 98%. The idea is in the introductory stage, for this reason it needs marketing strategies that allow reaching the consumer by letting them know the novelty of the service. Reason for which the enterprise was carried out, getting to identify the problematic as it is the environmental contamination caused by the companies of washed of vehicles the same ones that throw their waste of contaminated water, these companies use the water as main component for the cleaning vehicular. Through the application of a market study that allows knowing potential consumers, it was possible to obtain relevant information to the target market using 382 surveys that were done to the owners of the vehicles of the city of Ambato, collecting the information of the habits, of the potential market formed by the city's automotive park. Through the research carried out will determine the feasibility for the creation of the company Royal Autolavado Vapor, with an economic study that will provide us with the necessary pauses to know the income and expenses generated by the project, thus creating awareness to which existing companies adopt this system as a contribution to remedy the environment.
