    This entrepreneurship project has been approached based on the technical initiative the company Fabitex proposed about creating a production line and commercialization of clothing and beds for dogs; this with the aim of diversifying their production lines. This project is funded by two sources, 53% comes from a financial institution loan and the other 47% from self-funding or commonly known as internal source that mainly consists of the contribution from the owners. Innovation and creativity must be essential elements in the change of the productive matrix. Fabitex aims to contribute to this change with the creation of new production lines by taking challenges and enormous efforts in increasing productivity and competition in their activities. It also aims to maximize national industry in order to replace importations and leave patterns of primary specializations- exporter of a diversified production. The creation of this production line will allow to open new ones in benefit of the company Fabitex. It will also allow the business promoter to apply knowledge, skills and experience acquired during her university years and furthermore to initiate her own business with the aim to receive economic benefits.
