    El sistema de control y su relación con los procesos de distribución de la empresa Plasticaucho Industrial S.A.

    This analysis case made in Plasticaucho Industrial S.A. into the Distribution Center has the principal objective of studying the relationship between the control system and logistic processes. Once the execution of the analysis is finished, the research proposes alternatives to improve indicators in logistics processes by the Balance Score Card which is a tool that incorporates four different perspectives such as financial, customer, process and learning and growth that help the interpretation of results and decisions taken by Headquarters and Managements. An analysis case has a study based on surveys and interviews applied to the personnel involved in control activities and related processes carried out in the Distribution Center of Plasticaucho Industrial S.A.
