    In the current economic environment front at the forefront of globalization, companies are forced to create strategies to optimize the resources available, so that allow them to be competitive in the market and get future benefits, promoting economic development and subsistence. To achieve this goal, organizations must manage a proper management of its operations and efficient control as to managing their inventories. Therefore, this is where the operative investigation acts like a relevant instrument for decision making, because through of and procedures enables the resolution of existing real difficulties in managing inventories. Namely, this discipline allows the generation of optimization models concerning to the business administration, and in the present investigation will focus on problems related to the handling and management inventory along the replenishment processes, storage and distribution The intention is to through the using optimization methods embedded in a system or mathematical model established, determine optimal management policies that enable the company to fully meet the demand of the market, also ensure efficient stock control by making correct decisions for better management and optimization of resources, and consequently a significant reduction in costs that is the main objective of this investigative work.
