    The company Hormividrio, is dedicated to the production and marketing of reinforced concrete with a percentage of crushed glass, being a new and innovative product for the field of construction, which meets the needs of customers in the province of Tungurahua For this reason the present work of entrepreneurship has focused on carrying out a market study to 41 construction companies, which helps to substantiate the need for the acquisition of reinforced concrete with a percentage of crushed glass by customers of the economic population of the province of Tungurahua, in order to create a new and innovative quality product and can offer jobs to people in the locality to boost the economic sector. The data obtained through field research and application of surveys to potential customers indicate that there is a need to create a novel and quality product, as it is a product with more resistance to traction, less costly deformation, the same as will be announced by strategic means that help business success in the province. Thus the resulting proposal is addressed to the financial study because the analysis of monetary units and the investment for the creation of the Hormividrio company is carried out, where the viability and feasibility of the entrepreneurship project can be verified, through the results of the financial indicators being greater than zero.
