    Investigative work is fundamental purpose answer to the problems found in it, along with some analysis of the administrative process and the impact on decision-making GRAN HOTEL AMAZON. One of the key points is that it does not have an operating manual administrative process, thus making decisions executed is not always effective. The administrative process it analyzed by a survey directed to the Manager-Manager, and who are considered as shareholders themselves that are elements directly involved with the research problem, so how was analyzed in which staff are performing activities and determine if compliance is all about their obligations.
