    Market conditions and a globalized economy, provides different challenges for companies, one of which processes through the value chain and how these may relate to business productivity. This context implies that the automotive service company must be prepared and manage chronological processes to address the circumstances that generate the constant changes in the production system and achieve success. The main objective of this work was to analyze the relationship of the value chain productivity of the company Mega Workshop Multimarcas. This study is oriented in a proactive critical paradigm, a field methodology was applied through direct observation, using the questionary of employees and business owner; research was quantitative-qualitative, because it was addressed to test a hypothesis and qualitative because the conclusion is reached then analyze the results of the questionary applied to the company's hypothesis "Value Chain verified is significantly related to business productivity Multimarcas Mega Workshop ", to solve the problems identified a model of design processes through the value chain and achieve improved business productivity.
