    A success business is a result of several appropriately decisions. At the present time, the majority of factories are focused on exceed costumers expectations, it does not matter the dimension, localization and production line. This could be archived through of several strategic methods to get as much as possible costumers and also promote loyalty; on this case with the financial and economic planning the profitable levels were increase. However, that is not an easy job. It requires putting effort, perseverance and dedication; there are three key factors to make the place of work competitive, enterprising, productive and profitable. So the purpose of this investigation was increase company’s profitability. That was achieved with the team work and all the administrative personal participation. They were happily to contribute answering questions through of a semi structured test. Due to the difficult average located on one of both indicators, the researcher had to apply not only, a structured test, but also, a personal interview test. Finally, the researcher picked up lots of significance and necessary information, the investigation process was accomplished. On the other hand, the investigator found the proposal solution to the previously detected trouble. The researcher concludes by saying that designing a financial and economic plan will improve company’s profitability.
