The trouser jean is used by people of all social classes, is a garment that never goes out of fashion, used as casual to go to the office or simply for lazy days clothes; the consumers choose the garment based on different functional and aesthetic attributes. It is for this reason that the present project venture has focused on making a comprehensive analysis in the commercial, technical, administrative, economic and financial area in order to determine the feasibility of creating a craft workshop dedicated to making reversible pants in the city of Ambato. The data collected from field research applied in the province of Tungurahua indicates that the artisan workshops dedicated to making jeans should update their models in relation to market trends and increase sales volume, for this reason they should emphasized and care in the jean fabric quality and finishes of the final product. The resulting proposal indicates that it is a profitable venture, once the research has finished we note that the return over the investment will be in the first period with reference to cashflow.
