    This paper aims to investigate and determine the incidence of labor sexual division at the Center for Development and Special Education "El Angel". Also, analyze the distribution of labor roles, according gender, and establish the perceptions that have the staff regarding the distribution of work roles. It has been demonstrated in a technical way in relation to this problem, it will sensitize men and women as a strategy to achieve equity in the distribution of work. We started by contextualizing the problem in the study on the labor sexual division according a gender perspective and gender roles assigned culturally and historically to men and women which generate gender inequalities
