    The research aims to determine the relationship between The Partnership and the Quality of Life of the clothing manufacturers of the Association "El Señor de los Remedios", participating in “Hilando Desarrollo” program in Píllaro Township, The research has established the problem consisting in making centralized non-participatory decision making, the research support comes from the background based on a literature review of similar work to the current thesis topic, then it explains the methodology supported by qualitative approach, documentary basic form, field, and descriptive; each with its descriptive specification concerning ‘’because it is applied. Likewise it mentions the population and who participated in the survey and interview to gather the relevant information about the observed drawback. Subsequently it stipulates the results achieved, among those cited that half of the members say there is no cooperation and integration, in equal proportion say that they have been duly informed about the income, half of the members are the sole providers in their household, the majority of members says working with the association have contributed with their family development, they join and stick to the association because they have the need to work on something somehow, they cannot work every month in the association due to the lack of management of the board, the income of the majority of members come from other individual clothing manufacturer and confections such as: coats, sweaters, shirts, college uniforms, etc.
