    Burnout syndrome is a very common disorder in the hospital environment. And it is best known and diagnosed nowadays. This disorder has taken importance because the OMS has aimed as an occupational hazard. This condition usually involves to the professionals who demand a direct contact with the people and they have Humanistic ethic of work; but unfortunately it not only affects to the staff who suffers it; but also to the users. In the job, the productivity is created for the occupational performance, which is the correlation among the objectives, goals and the time has needed to achieve it; The most important variable are the people; that is to say the human resource, who are uncharged to do the owned functions in a specific work. The performance at work is often related with strategies, trainings, remunerations and the environment. A person who has knowledge, receive precise instructions, It is well-paying and also works in a friendly atmosphere. Probably, this kind of worker will have a high job performance to difference to a worker underpaid, without education and who works in an unpleasant environment. The Burnout disorder can be well operated for all the people who works in the health field if they were instruct and prevent about it. Besides teaching them How to tolerate and get rid of all those circumstances which generate emotions with themselves or other people. (Managers, colleagues, nurses, and friends etc.).So that their occupational performance always be optimum and so avoid this disorder called “burned”.
