| es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | In Agroecological Farm of the Provincial Council of Tungurahua located in the canton Pillaro the present research work entitled Biological control of gray mold (Botrytis cinerea Pers.) in blackberry (Rubus glaucus Bent,), where the study factors were: beneficial microorganisms and frequency of application. The experimental design used was a completely randomized block design (DBCA), with two microorganisms; three doses; three repetitions and two witnesses (2*3+2). The variables evaluated were: number of outbreaks with symptoms of gray mold (B. cinerea), number of outbreaks without gray mold (B. cinerea), weight of fruits, incidence and severity. Analysis of variance (ADEVA) and Tukey’s significance test at 5% were performed for each variable. At the conclusion of the analysis, it was observed that the best treatment for the control of gray mold was T3 where Trichoderma harzianum was applied at a dose of 20 g, because compared to the other treatments it was the one that obtained the best results being at the top of the tables of each of the variables studied. | es_ES |
