Resumen : La gobernanza cooperativista y la responsabilidad social son elementos indispensables para sembrar confianza en la ciudadanía, y poder fomentar salud en la economía y estabilidad, siendo cada vez mayor la cantidad de organizaciones que buscan que las operaciones sean sostenibles, examinando la rentabilidad, quienes deben ir de la mano de la justicia social y con la visión de protección del medio ambiente. Si bien, un balance social busca la preservación de los elementos esenciales para la formación en práctica de políticas públicas de carácter social, ambiental y económico. Este trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo destacar la importancia y el evaluar la aplicación del Balance Social, como instrumento eficaz para evaluar y controlar, por tanto mejorar progresivamente el desempeño de las organizaciones desde el punto de vista de la función social. Se presenta además en su capítulo II, la fundamentación teórica, a partir de la definición del concepto de Balance Social, requerimientos para su implementación, en el capítulo III se verifica la metodología, a seguir para su elaboración. Finalmente, se concluye sobre la aplicación del Balance Social en el capítulo IV, donde se realiza una comparativa 2018-2019 que permite tomar decisiones a partir de información no sólo económico-financiera, sino también social ya que incluye diversas variables, mismas que involucran a todos los actores que incluye la cooperativa, relacionadas con el comportamiento de la organización, en el sistema social, y se presenta por ultimo las conclusiones y recomendaciones en el capítulo V.
Descripción : Cooperative governance and social responsibility are essential elements to sow confidence in citizens, and to promote health in the economy and stability, with an increasing number of organizations that seek to make operations sustainable, examining profitability, who must go hand in hand with social justice and with the vision of protecting the environment. Although, a social balance seeks the preservation of the essential elements for the formation in practice of public policies of a social, environmental and economic nature. This investigative work aims to highlight the importance and evaluate the application of the Social Balance, as an effective instrument to evaluate and control, therefore progressively improve the performance of organizations from the point of view of social function. It is also presented in its chapter II, the theoretical foundation, from the definition of the concept of Social Balance, requirements for its implementation, in chapter III the methodology is verified, to be followed for its elaboration. Finally, it is concluded on the application of the Social Balance in chapter IV, where a 2018-2019 comparison is made that allows decisions to be made based on not only economic-financial information, but also social information since it includes several variables, which involve all the actors that the cooperative includes, related to the behavior of the organization, in the social system, and finally presents the conclusions and recommendations in chapter V.
