dc.descriptionEl presente análisis de caso clínico titulado: “CIRUGÍA MENISCAL Y LIGAMENTARIA CON COMPLICACIONES DE ARTRITIS SÉPTICA EN PACIENTE FEMENINA FUTBOLISTA”, hace referencia a un paciente de 22 de años edad, de sexo femenino, futbolista y estudiante de Ingeniería Civil. La paciente presenta rotura del LCA y compromiso meniscal tras un traumatismo directo durante un encuentro deportivo. La cirugía de reconstrucción de las estructuras antes mencionadas se ve comprometida por la presencia de microorganismos típicos de Artritis Séptica, razón por la cual la paciente es intervenida quirúrgicamente por repetidas ocasiones y concluyendo en la aplicación de un tratamiento fisioterapéutico tardío. Con el diagnóstico final de reconstrucción de LCA y con una eliminación total de las bacterias que ocasionaron inflamación en la rodilla la paciente comienza con un plan de tratamiento de Fisioterapia buscando reincorporarse a sus actividades cotidianas y en parte posible a sus habilidades deportivas con la menor cantidad posible de secuelas en la extremidad afectadaes_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present clinical case study entitled "MENISCAL AND LIGAMENTARY SURGERY WITH COMPLICATIONS OF SEPTIC ARTHRITIS IN A FEMALE FOOTBOLIST PATIENT", talk about of a patient, she´s 22 years old, female, soccer player and student of Civil Engineering. The patient presented LCA rupture and meniscal involvement after a direct trauma during a sports match. Reconstruction surgery of the aforementioned structures is compromised by the presence of microorganisms typical of septic arthritis, which is the reason because the patient is surgically operated on several occasions and concluding in the application of a delayed physiotherapeutic treatment. With the final diagnosis of LCA reconstruction and with a total elimination of the microorganisms that caused inflammation in the knee the patient begins with a plan of treatment of Physiotherapy seeking to reincorporate to their daily activities and partly possible to their sports skills with the least possible sequels in The affected limbes_ES
