Abstract

The company "ADM VALOREM", is located in the city of Ambato, which offers tax advisory services in all its areas, aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises that must perform monthly declarations of the Value Added Tax (IVA), lead accounting to determine the Income Tax and other taxs, created in order to strengthen the state apparatus and redistribute wealth between Ecuadorian citizens. The business owners and entrepreneurs ambateños have to comply with a number of tax obligations why have to fill a series of complicated forms that need dedication and time. "Adm Valorem" avoids to managers loss of time on these issues, providing fast and timely solutions to the faithful fulfillment of its obligations with the SRI. The study of the demand made to 362 contributors who are owners of micro companies that represent the population, reflects a large number of business owners don't realize tax controls in their businesses but rather have hired tax consultancy services. The potential clients require several services which are dissatisfied or do not know whom to go to perform these steps, then “Adm Valorem” proposes additional services of accounting advice, advice on administrative management in specific topics of logistics, production processes, management of human talent in topics of procedures in the Ministry of Labor Relations and services designed to make the process of the IESS.
